HP DV7 2043cl Bios Updates Issues

Hi, im new here and this is my first post......

Im here in hope to find a solution to my recent mistake of updated my bios in my laptop. after i updated the bios to the most recent version (F46) from here

it said under the fix/enhancements it fixes an issue with the fan, (i didnt have an issue with the fan, again i know a mistake) and one the reboot, my fan went haywire, and has been ever since.
1.) i have my fan set to always enabled, and upon boot, my fan doesnt start until something random triggers it, and it [censored] sure isnt temps as after a boot and 10 minutes of use, my temps are well above 175f.

2.) when my fan does everntually come on, its does this indefinite loop of speeding up and slowing down very loudly.

ive tried a couple of different thing to no avil, like speedfan and what not.

i dont know what else to do, i really like this laptop and it wirked fine before the bios update and i dont want to chunk it i can help it.

last night i downgraded back to F35a, with no improvements.
