Alright, I replaced the data, I found the matching ids and subs in 2 different roms, in both there were references to wireless intel card so I figured I should replace in both file, am I correct here ?

Also, in the advanced options, there where several options selected by default such as "Dont' alter any ACPI tables or OEM/Table ID strings if SLIC IDs match" or "Only alter RSDT and XSDT tables" and so on, should I let them enabled before recompiling?

Yes, just mark the 3 options i told before, the remaining let them as presented by default.
