The download link is dead, inevitable after 4 years. 
I have a Lenovo B540p 3363CU with BIOS version EIKT19BUS (SMBIOS 2.7), which AFAIR, is the out of the box factory version of my unit.
It is an AMI APTIO 4 Bios under the hood. BIOS Revision: 0.19. Firmware Revision: 19.11
That is the significance of the letters '19B' in my BIOS versioning.
The product support page on the Lenovo website has no BIOS update ever for my unit. 

So I am wondering how is yours v24 ! Did your v24 come shipped with the B540p? 
Or did you get a BIOS update from the Lenovo website?
Also interested to know the HWinfo of your model too to be sure that if it is compatible with my model.

My BIOS version is heavily stripped & locked down with very few options. 
Even though it is a UEFI capable BIOS, the UEFI/Legacy/CSM selection is unavailable in BIOS.
So I need to unlock the advanced features.
