Then the one i modded was not for your machine. The original updater has 5 rom images for different machines, i just modded what it seemed to me it was yours. I need more time to mod all 5 bioses. It's a complete waste of time because 4 of them will be useless work done. So try to guess which one of the five bios files matches your machine and i will mod it.

sorry, im really bad when it comes to bios modding as im new to this, how can i find the matching ROM? ive extracted the installer, just dont know where to look from here..

its HP Pavilion DV4 1030ej
system Model : hp Pavilion Dv4 notebook

Bios Version\Date :Insyde F.66 5\18\2010
SMBIOS Version : 2.4

i CANT SIMPLY UNLOCK IT !! LINKS are broken when they get to 80% they disconnect !!!

i really need help man i wasted weeks on how to but nothing could help me i need your help !

okay i see what you mean by 5 ROMS, i download the original installer and saw 5 .FD files, what tool do i use to figure out which one matches mine?

Go running InsydeFlash.exe with one of the fd files only present in the folder, when the flashing utility does not complain file missing that is yours
