Nothing to do I have to create an python program to interpreter the VSS data and display all variables available, but It needs much time, so I will ask to an Supermoderator (Donovan6K) He is my theacher and may be will resolve the problem.
I found this where He too looking this bios said that there would be great work to enable RAID :

I need the bios unlocked for disable Nvidia Optimus and use always the discrete graphics (GT640m) but links are down could re-upload the mod please?
