Need unlocked bios for Lenovo M58p

Hi , can someone help me ?
I've LENOVO THINKCENTRE M58p (7484-A3G) Quad Core Q9400.
And didn't recognize any video card in PCI-e ... .
I've try with ATI Sapphire HD 6670 and Nvidia quadro FX 580 ... (both low profile)
And also have changed the Stock PSU with 400 W Cooler Master ....
Also have flash the latest bios from Lenovo official site and nothing ....
Can some one help with this ??

I am not Expert of Phoenix Bios ask to Sl6397 (Steven is expert for Phoenix), but He cannot unlock UEFI, so rest is FalseClock Method !!!

This working station is not with UEFI bios ....... but I'll check again .....
Motherboard is MTQ45MK / PANDA L-IQ45
