FPT dump will not help here, if you need modified BIOS you have to get hardware flash programmer and dump BIOS, unless maybe you already have unlocked FD and can dump complete BIOS and re-write complete BIOS? If you don't know if you've unlocked FD, then no you have not, hardware programmer will be necessary to modify Intel BIOS and reflash it.

Xeon E3-1230 v2 hasn't integrated graphics. You need discrete graphics card.

Thanks for the answer. My card has a 4x mini pcie slot.

the model of my part number card and the G81483-501. the model that powers that processor and G40294-401. tabs have the same specification

I do not have a video card. Can I get one that works in the 4x slot?
