I am also looking for the same - specifically unlocked BIOS with VT-x feature selection ENABLED.

Also note that 4738z BIOS MODS also work for 4738g - as noted below:

This is my first time posting in this forum, I got no idea what to do to unlock those hidden settings of my BIOS, I have tried to look for solutions but there is none, I hope this forum could help me.

I used the phoenix tool to extract some data from my BIOS but I got no idea what to do after that, I appreciate if someone would explain the way of doing it to me.

Please help me to unlock the hidden settings for my BIOS, thanks in advance.

The BIOS is InsydeH2O not Phoenix. This version is 1.16, version 1.34 would not work.

You're right your model is 4738 !!!
Your Bios Mod is here (an old work of many time ago) ZQ8x64_MN_UNLCK_MORE_OPTIONS :

Use InsydeFlash to write your Bios Mod and flash original before to use the Mod (only if You hav not upgrade yet Bios to new version).
