the problem is bios
i flash bios ( old bios is 2.13 ) (new bios is 2.12 ) with programmer
and successfully system load and i can install windows
but there is a problem
*when i power on the laptop for few time screen is black and need more time to lcd turn on and show Acer logo
but this problem does not in old bios version (2.13)
i update new bios ( ver 2.17) with windows application with acer website and successfully update ( on setup the version of bios changed to 2.17)
but problem does not solve
help me please , because this problem is important for me

It seems you have hardware failure (the spreadest reason is Intel Combo Controller Hub).
1.Bring your laptop to repair service for diagnostics.
2.You have "Dirty" Me region of bios, you may try to flash bios with clean Me region (not impossible in your cause, because you cannot get decapsulated dump)

but how i can find clean me bios 
i hope you or other friends help me to solve problem

We cannot run Tool (Win shell required) and find offset of Me Region.
So repair service is your last chance.
However you can try to install win on your HDD from another machine and attach it to laptop.

when i flash bios with TNI 5000 programmer  the problem with install windows solved , and i install windows and windows boot normally
but some problem ..
when i press power button to turn on laptop
 its take to 16s to load show acer logo
i have windows  , can i use win shell or something to solve problem ?

Im new to this kind of thing , so im not really sure if im doing it right in this forum (Sorry if im not)

I need a modded bios to access my advanced menu , so that I could switch graphics card to my AMD radeon and not the Intel HD that it is currently using .
