I have a Dell Inspiron 14R 5420 UEFI Phoenix SecureCore Tiano. Is it possible to unlock the UEFI from this notebook?

I have installed the A19 BIOS from Dell support site.

I just want to reinforce your request. I am another owner of a Dell Inspiron 14R 5420 with the latest bios A19. Please BIOS-MODS.COM team, help us out to unlock the hidden features/options in this BIOS since very likely this laptop is being a bit "castrated" on some of its defined BIOS configurations.
