Hi friend,
use this tool, run It as Administrator and upload the result file here :

http://rghost.net/56932575

then use this tool too at the same manner and upload the result here :

http://rghost.net/53128665

Let me know
Regards

P.S. I will post the AutoMod for You !

Hi friend,
I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :

AutoMod

Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!

Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for 7BCN38WW(V2.04) use this one !!!

How to use ? It's easy, just do a biosbackup.bin (rename the file You got using Universl Bios Backup) file and drag&drop on UEFIPatch.exe (the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool) It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into modified folder where are all rest tools to re-flash Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !

Here CodeRush Tool :

http://rghost.net/56830811

The Patches.txt file for 7BCN38WW(V2.04) :

http://rghost.net/57595339

Here Modified folder with all tools to re-flash Bios Mod from USB, follow instructions :

http://rghost.net/56795507

I hope It will become the New Mod Way !!!

Let me know
regards

OMG I am so happy Smile Love you Master Heart You are God Rolleyes

I was hopeless about anyone replying Huh but you just made my life Shy

Thank you soo much for giving such time Rolleyes

But my doubt is that should i now post the files and bios backup that you asked ? or go straight patching ? Confused

If i may ask you for help!! Can you patch it just for safety? Because i am like really new to this.... And i really don't wanna risk doing any single thing wrong and ending up bricking my so new lappy Sad and the main part is that i am doing it for my brother.... so if something wrong happens.... he would blame me that if i couldn't do it then why did i try Sad

But if you think it will be that easy, then i can surely give it a try with your knowledge Idea

Now back to work : do i need to post the results here or go straight patching ?

thank you so much in advance !!!

Well I extracted the New Backup FTP folder from exe using 7zip but i have no clue about what to run to get the result you asked for? I run the InsydeW64 and it says no rom found !!! :O
i saw 2 or 3 other applications but as soon as i run them, they begin in command prompt haunting me at the very second of opening....

I could backup my original BIOS though !! Smile

I m pretty lost here :O

Thank you so so so much !!!

I tired to boot into DOS and run Flash.bat and it ran and ended like this..

---Flash Devices Found---
W2564BV ID:0xEF4017 Size: 8192KB (65536Kb)

PDR Region does not exist.(In Yellow)
GBE Region does not exist.(In Yellow)

--Reading Flash-100% Complete.
--Verifying Flash-100% Complete.

Result: The data is identical.

FPT Operation Passed(In Green)
Press any key to continue.......
(and after i press)

C:\> (blinking cursor)

And i turn off PC!

then i boot back into bios and i find the same menus with default settings ? :O

No advanced controls or settings and does modding removes the whitelists too ?

I am surely doing some mistake or maybe you have uploaded back the original file of mine by mistake ?

I am again lost Big Grin

In my BIOS Settings i find:
BIOS BackFlash - Enabled
Virtual Tech-Enabled
SATA-AHCI
USB Legacy-Enabled

and also an option saying :
OS Optimized Defaults: Other OS (gives option of windows - should i turn that on ?)

But thank you so much for giving such important time of yours Smile And whenever i come online you are already off Sad

And just for safety: My G400s Touch has BIOS Ver. : 7BCN38WW (v2.04) whereas only G400s has BIOS Ver. : 7BCN36WW (v - i dont know)

I think there is somrthing wrong on your Bio Backup !
So use the USB Dos Stick You created with all files already into and Boot from USB
Dos, then when in CLI = C:\ run this comand :

fpt -d bios.bin -bios

and You'll get a file so pack It an upload here for me !
Let me know
