Yes It's true as UEFI Bioses actualy are Capsulated and RSA Signed so not Moddable into
Original Form !
So far We did modify them using Recovery Method and using a Decapsulated Bios Version !
Now many manufacturers are disabled the Recovery Procedure changing It with a UEFI version
utilizing an EFI module !
So We can do this Bios Mod only by FPT to reflash the file.
Insyde is BAD MONSTER about some things

Current system already has existing Wifi Whitelist Removal - I'm wanting to update to the latest BIOS available, 78cn25ww, v2.03.

Updated BIOS Original: http://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobi...cn25ww.exe

If I need to update my BIOS first, then back that up and send it to you, please let me know.

Here you are, generalised version with no whitelist, v2.03

Run InsydeFlash.exe, if you receive error you will need to provide backup of latest BIOS.

I just ordered an Intel AC7260 to upgrade from my current Broadcom adapter that doesn't have driver support for Windows 8.1 on my Lenovo G500. I was wondering if you could remove my Bios Whitelist, BDMaster. I believe I've done this right, I had quite a few errors but it seems like others do too. I ran the program "BACKUP_Tools12" that you linked to earlier in the thread, as an Admin then uploaded the zipped file to rghost.
