Try this, follow instructions file to create an USB Stick Dos Formatted Bootable, copy all files from "modified" folder into It and reboot from USB, then run Flash.bat :

Have You prepared USB and copyied all files from "modified" folder into USB ?
If yes, try to execute comands manualy :
1. run from CLI C:\prr (press enter to execute) and wait message
2. run from CLI C:\fpt -f bios.bin -bios (press enter to execute) and wait message

download and unpack, then create an USB Stick Dos Formatted Bootable, follow instructions file and copy all files from "modified" folder into USB.
Then reboot from USB in Dos and run flash.bat :
