I got it figured out. The windows mobility center was showing the device was off and was greyed (couldn't turn it on) so I turned off the device using the Lenovo software and then it allowed me to turn the device on through mobility center. So now off is on according to the Lenovo device setting. No big deal. Thanks again

I need the wlan whitelist removed for my Lenovo U510 with 6FCN29WW(V1.05) bios.

Hi BDMaster!
I also need to modify my BIOS to allow Whitelisting. I tried to follow your guide above, but Pathes.txt for U510 is no longer available...
Could you either re-upload it, or create a BIOS file for me?
I created the backup using Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0. Here is my backup file for BIOS:
