Just post screenshots of 2 first tabs of your Bios setup (Information, Main and etc).I cannot find old version for your bios, so we cannot flash back mod without SPI Programmer, because your bios chip is rewrite protected.
I need to know what is current version of your EC bios (not main)

Set your laptop to suspended mode and wake up it after few seconds.
Then run tool again and look at result95.png
Do you still see red error 280?
