Hi,

I have a server, Lenovo Thinksystem SR950, my issue with it is the fans are running minimum at 40% fan speed, my goal is to either enable option to regulate fan speed from bios or disable any checks about airflow, obstructions etc so that fans will run as low as possible - reducing noise and power consumption. It would also be nice to either remove a whitelist/blacklist of pcie devices, I have a Quadro P400 GPU that makes fans go brrr even though temperatures are super nice and cool.
