It seems that the guy successfully flashed a modified Embedded Controller firmware in his X230T. Could his method be replicated to software flash a non-whitelist BIOS without relying on hardware programmer?

I d like some help to remove the whitelist on the thinkpad X230

I bought  a CH341A Series 24 EEPROM BIOS Writer 
and a SOIC8 SOP8 Flash Chip
I d like some help because I don't feel comfortable doing it by myself

Sovem , you already did it for someone, I hope you could help me to remove the whitelist
Also I am very interested in learning it so that I can help someone in the future

Just use this tool and save dump

and i will change hex values to remove whitelist.
Each mod bios is unique because it based at your dump with personal information with SN,UUID, WLAN FCC ID and etc.

You can remove whitelist yourself.
You need Phoenix Tool (you can download it at Modification Downloads->Modding Tools), hex editor(I use HxD).
