NWL = No White List
I checked your bios and It use the same Whitelist scheme and module as
Thinkpad E430 - T430 - E530 - T530 !

Remove Whitelist Module Mod NEW :

So indeed none is there to help me to mod my bios & utilize my new 3g card

Lenovo secure the BIOS with extra chip. it does not allow flash mod-BIOS anymore. x220 is the last model you can use mod-BIOS.
x230, x240... no more mod-BIOS

Unless you know how to remove the chip from the motherboard. flash it on some EEPROM machine, and shoulder it back to x230 motherboard. -- a lot of hardware job with special tools.

Or use a POMONA Soic clip to do on-board whitout desoldering !!!

BDmaster, something strange really happened, I tried to install new windows 8.1 using usb drive, and during installation after restart I saw error 1802. It looks like whitelist back. Is it possible ? I had too remove ac7260 and then laptop started. Is there something I can do to back to bios with NWL

It's strange ! Explain all your actions to update Windows and the error You got (complete error or picture) !
There are two modules, one for WWan and one for WPAN (3G Card), may be is the module for WPAN if You have this option.

Basicly it is what I wrote.
I prepered windows 8.1 bootable instalation pendrive.
Boot up and hit enter, boot from usb. Instalation windows started, after few minutes instalation begin restart process i put out pendrive.
Laptop restarted with error 1802. Tomorow I will shoot a foto.
