I made dump from live usb windows and also have some errors. 
Is it safe to flash bios from live or i need to install Windows?

Hello, when i tried using your tool google flagged it as a virus as well as when i went to install on my computer my antivirus deletes the file. Anyone else having this issue?

Also as my level suggests this is my first time looking into bios modding anyone here care to offer some to get me off on the right foot?

I have an x220 and want the unlocked ram speed and advanced mode and so far this is the only mod i've found any help on how to get started would be great.

I believe that unless someone is willing to attempt to use Winphlash (and potentially brick their device), we are dead in the water, as Lenovo's last bios update prevented bios updates from unknown sources. If we are patient, something positive may come of this, but it will take time.

So we cannot flash personal mod using Intel Flash Programming Tool (error 20 cannot be passed)
We can try use patched WinFlash but there is big risk that laptop can be bricked.
Bricked laptop can be recovered using SPi Programmer.
We need man with Programmer (may be not needed) who can test universal mod.
If you are strongly need this mod so you can obtain SPI Programmer+Pomona SOIC8 Clip (without desolding bios chip) and flash mod directly to flash device.
