If someone can please help me unlock advanced menu I wish to access refresh rate... or possibly tell me another work around

Lenovo y50-70
BIOS Version: 9ECN43WW (v3.03)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Yes, i can remove whitelist, add slic 2.1 and unlock hidden options.
