For reference, the BIOS I am using is the one I referenced in the link you posted BDMaster.
 
I have tried a version 2.12 BIOS that supposedly has UEFI option visible, however, when this option is enabled, does not allow for use of GPT/EFI boot.  I believe it was incompletely enabled.  Hopefully, you can unlock and have a working UEFI option.

		Flashed the bios. Enabled UEFI and EFI boot first options.  However, still will not boot GPT/EFI.  Are there any other modifications to the BIOS to enable boot GPT /EFI?
