also i am having an issue and i think it is bios related.

I have 2 ssd drives , one is connected to the m2 port and the other is via cd caddy.. the system can find only the one connected to the m2 port ssd disk and cannot find the other ssd drive on the cd caddy


also it can find only less than 1TB rotating hard drive conncted to the cd caddy ..

ssds are sandisk 120gb and sandisk 240 gb

Is there any trick that is bios related? Thanks for any reply

It's based on the one with 64MB DVMT and I changed a setting for the SSD.
I couldn't find a setting that could influence the hard drive limit, though.

Tank u very much for the file .. but what it can make for ssd ,, will in speed the read write speeds , or will allow me to install 2 ssd hards on same laptop ?? am on dvmt 96mb now

I've changed the SATA Device Type setting to SSD:

0x5266B Setting: SATA Device Type, Variable: 0x2D4 {05 91 F2 01 F3 01 1F 00 34 12 D4 02 00 10 00 01 00}
0x5267C Option: Hard Disk Drive, Value: 0x0 (default) {09 07 F4 01 10 00 00}
0x52683 Option: Solid State Drive, Value: 0x1 {09 07 F5 01 00 00 01}

It might make it possible to use a second SSD in the CD caddy, but you'll have to test.

Biosdump was make with Programmer. I need Advance Hidden Menu and Wlan Whitelist.

I have this same laptop model. I need to replace the wireless card to one which is blacklisted.

There is any way of making the new wireless card work apart of SPI-programmer+SOIC8 chip?
