Request: Advanced / Hidden menu for Lenovo m720q tiny

Hey, hoping somebody could help me with a relatively simple request. Would be happy to send 20 bucks over if succesful. 

I cant flash the bios within windows but have an SPI flash programmer (and have succesfully used it to dump / flash the bios)

I have dumped my entire BIOS and have changed some settings on AMIBCP 5.02.0031 from default to USER or EXTENDED USER or SUPERVISOR.

After flashing the bios back via programmer, I still can't see these hidden menu options.

It's a Lenovo m720Q - and I'm mainly interested in unlocking advanced CPU / Power settings.

I can see the options i need are there in AMIBCP 5.02.0031, i just can't get them to actually show up in the bios. 
I speficially need overclock / cpu / power / voltage / multipler options and menu's

I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre m720q Tiny and would increase the CPU voltage a bit there.
The computer throttles the CPU strictly to 35W and a maximum of 70 degrees. I would like to activate the settings for it to increase that a bit.
Perhaps ram overlocking is also possible if the appropriate settings are available.

I've already dump my bios with the Intel flash tool.

I wanted to adjust the settings of the bios myself, but unfortunately I don't have a hardware flasher and I'm too afraid that something will go wrong.

Do I have to read out the BIOS with a hardware flasher?
I cannot open the BIOS in AMIBCP 5.02.0031, then the error "The input image is not Aptio V" appears. The modified bios of genius239 can be opened. But it's an old bios.

Could you please reup the BIOS ou make a newer unlocked one ?

I am using a m920Q (its the same bios, btw) and thunderbolt even being enabled is not working (I got a Lenovo addon card, but it only connects has an USB-C device, but no TB3) and I am not being able to see the CFG LOCK option too

I can't ,as that mod is not yours. It was made by a exclusive bios dump from other member. Attach a bios dump that made by hardware spi programmer ,i would consider to edit it.

Hi, can I take the ROM (.ROM file) direct from Lenovo ? I don't have hardware for this

If it could , i will not let you to prepare a programmer.

If you don't believe ,you can edit official bios then try to reflash via offical update package ,or make a bios dump via fpt then also edit this dump and try to reflash via fpt then see the result. (Do it at your own risk).
