[Request] Bios Unlock Asrock b350

Hello, cheers from Venezuela, I was wondering if someone can help me to unlock my bios? I tried many times, but i'm so useless :'(

Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : AsRock - AB350 Fatality K4 Gaming.
Bios version: 4.83 AMD AGESA PINNACLE AM4 1.0.0.2

Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600 summit ridge.

I did downloaded that 4.83 rom cause was made for Enthusiasm users that love to overclock and tweak, but even that, this Bios is so locked :/
And i'm struggling so bad cause, I wanted to unlock more options to fix some issues on Windows with the pcie expres root sharing resources to my GPU and making everything choopy


Was wondering if someone can help me? Thank you so much♥
