I am searching for Your help guys. I am quite a computer expert, but I know almost nothing about programming and BIOS editing. So here I am, asking for Your help.
Device is VPCSE2V9E/, BIOS is under the link:
SONY VAIO BIOS

It is under section Windows 7 and Bios. It is called R2087H4. However I am running Windows 8 in case that matters for Bios modifying.

I am interested in any of these - full CPU control (Voltages, Thermal Points), fan control and everything I will need to install SSD drive. If You could also check that how many sata controllers it has ( how many disks can I plug in) and what they are (3/6 Gbs). These up are my main interest, but if there is anything else You can unlock, please do it. Thanks very much, I am also considering 10 pounds of price to who does it first. I know it is not so much, but I am just a poor student ;P Thanks again !

I would like to access the Advanced Menu of the Insyde R2087H4 bios on a Sony Vaio VPCSA.
I believe this bios has been discussed a few times already, but I couldn't find a modified bios I could try to flash.
Also, I couldn't find the flashing process for Insyde bioses.
If I missed any of these, could somebody please point me in the right direction?
I think the bios R2085H4 would work as well, maybe there's a modified version of this one?

I believe a hacker named pyr0 did exactly what I am looking for over at notebookreviews.com (http://forum.notebookreview.com/sony/641...-hack.html).
Unfortunately, the author decided to pull his hack because people apparently were messing around with the advanced options, bricking their laptops and then complaining about it.
I was hoping somebody might have downloaded his hack before it was pulled, and could upload it for me (and all the other Vaio SA users)?

Need to unlock hidden tabs in Sony VPCSA3S9R BIOS R2087H4. The main purpose to try disable fixed switching GPUs, so there is the question: can you add more options on hidden menu?

I have read threads from our site & other site to learn how to enable Sata III on Bios of my vaio SVS15 but no comfortable answer. I bought a SSD with Sata 3 connection but my laptop run with Sata 2 . I found that, Vaio was disnable Sata 3 on my laptop.
By this thread, i greatly appreciate to guys who can mod or unlock SATA 3 on current bios version without bugs. Thanks so much.
My laptop is Vaio SVS15115FXB.
