Check and compare all ME settings in FIT.
Try to replace GbE region with old version from BIOS 7.00.

It works! Correct GbE PCIe Port Select from PORT5 to PORT4.

Also corrected GbE Read Acces from 0x009 to 0xFFF, just to be sure.
