visit the office site there were three things: windows, dos, bare rom

Instant flash
DOS
Windows
Okay im more confused than i was a minute ago.
I just need simple instructions, do i just follow this = http://bios-mods.com/bios-update/
Change the file "Z68E4G31_SLIC.10" to "bios.rom"?????
