I'm searching for VGN-FE21B latest bios update.
I'd like to ask you about the latest version of the R0170J3 i found here, is it compatible with the VGN-FE21B?

SONY VGN-FE32ZR прошил R0200J3_MOD5 и все заколосилось!
4Гб памяти съел, SSD и камень завелся!!!
Еще раз спасибо доброму человеку кто слепил R0200J3_MOD5!

SONY VGN-FE690p удачно прошился R0200J3_MOD5
но новых плюшек так и не появилось(
2 гига видит - запускает виндовс
3 гига видит - не запускает виндовс, черный экран
4 гига не видит

Hi, excuse for my english. I am traying to update the bios of my vaio vgn-fe31m using the mod BIOS R0270J3 under Win XP but I have an error. Help me pls!
I would like to upgrade the RAM to 4GB to be able to use Windows 7 decently, but this is the error I get when I flash the BIOS (both under FreeDOS and WinXP). I also searched for version 1.40 of WinPhlash but I didn't find it. Can someone please help me? Thanks and compliments for your work.

Addendum:
I found here on the forum the winphlash 1.4.0 program and I updated the BIOS to the modified version R0170J3 and the "Intel" menu appears. Now I can install 4 Gd of Ram (2+2)? Thanks again.
