No chance for quad cores without hardware modification of motherboard.

The orginal bios v2.00 already supports the t9300. At least my upgrade worked,. However have to use trottlestop to increase the multiplier otherwise the processor was limited in it's speed (1,17GHz).
Could the non-moded bios be the issue?

Thank you.
This pc is very tricky with ram. I can not use 2x2gb sticks but can use 1gb+4gb without issues. Also my pc does not boot into windows with 6gb installed but it works on Linux.
Can this bios mods help with this?
