Toshiba Satellite P300D-10U - How enable AHCI in BIOS

I have toshiba satellite P300D-10U with windows vista 32bit , ssd drive and hdd drive
and I can't ON SATA AHCI in BIOS.

What can I do ?
instal new windows 7 32/64 bit and updated bios for this windows maybe then I can ON AHCI in BIOS

This the BIOS has the option to run ON AHCI ?
A modified BIOS is available with AHCI ?

I instal ATi SATA2 RAID Driver (Preinstall driver)

Is it worth it to install windows 7 64 bit

Can I install a new version of the ati driver for windows 7 32 bit

I want to use in my laptop in SATA and not use IDE

windows 7 64bit on this laptop will be better for ssd

Does this laptop runs on SATA II (3Gbit / s) or only IDE
