I would like to request a SLIC 2.1 Upgrade for a Toshiba U200-115 Laptop.
(not quite sure what type of bios it is as it seems to be a Toshiba Windows updater thing)

Sorry to bring bad news but it looks like your Toshiba uses Toshibas own unique bios format (.COM) . Nobody has yet figured out how on earth these bioses are compressed up and therefore we cannot mod these bioses
