Unlocked Bios settings and Help to make a Descent BSEL on old 2010 Toshiba Satellite

I have a rescued Toshiba Satellite C660-10D (PSC0LE--00900CCE) With a Intel Pentium T4500 processor.
The request i demand is IF there's a Unlocked/Mod BIOS to accept other Processors nor Overclocking/Undervolting the actual processor of the Unit.
I wanna check out if its posible too to use a BSEL mod on this processor since i cannot (unfortunally) have another processor Yet.
