WHY NO ONE IS UNLOCKING HP PHOENIX BIOSES?

Why is no one unlocking hp laptops bioses as i scroll down there is very litlle number of unlocked hp phoenix bioses why is it like this?

HP have RSA signed their BIOSes so we cannot modify them without a private RSA key that only HP have, we can modify older HP BIOSes that start with SP5****. SP6**** are completely RSA locked
