Hi there i'm quite in a trouble with this desktop specification

I tried to upgrade, to change my bios for running macosx, but right now with the 5.17 version i'm not able to run any System Operator on a live version, do you know if i run some new ROM by USB is possible to restore the desktop?

Thanks to the bios-update tutorial i rescued back my tower, the tutorial in my opinion is well written, thum up for the site,now i'm looking forward to see some overclocking stuff under linux is that possibl?
