You get Error 280 = Eeprom Chip Write Protect !!!
Try to see if Sleep Bug is active . . . put your laptop into Sleep Mode then
Wake-Up It and redo the result file then upload It here !

Getting an error 28 upon flashing;

Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.
Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable Protected Range Registers.

Any way to get a workaround for this?
You can Downgrade again to previous Bios and redo again result file !
Or try the Sleep Bug !
Unpack the Bios Mod and copy the "modified2 folder into C: HD root place !
Then open Comand Promt with Admin Rights (CLI window C:\), put your laptop
into Sleep Mode and then Wacke-Up It, atger this execute these comands from
CLI window :

cd \

modified

fptw -f bios.bin -bios

(or fptw64 for Windows x64)
