If your laptop has a button to boot into bios, use it and ignore the F2 step.
What you have to do is:

1. Boot into bios
   
2. Press F9 + Enter(reset default settings)
   
3. Press F10 + Enter(save and exit)
   

you'll have to blindly press the keys in your black bios screen but once done you should have your screen back

Hi there BDMaster,

I've been following this site for a while now and right now I have a Z50-70 laptop which WiFi card I have replaced with a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 (M2 slot) and now this laptop says a unauthorized WiFi card installed. Anyway to fix this?

For those interested...I had to downgrade to version 26 of the BIOS from way way back.  There is a backtrack setting in the BIOS you have to enable to go backwards.  I'll include a link to the old BIOS below:
