I'ld like to have the whitelist removed from this BIOS.

Model: Z40-70
BIOS Version =9bcn91ww

Unfornutately results said
Error 285: Fail to load driver (PCI access for Windows).
Tool needs to run with an administrator priviledge account.
So you didn run tools as Admin or you use win 10.

I used windows 10, could you advise what I need to do ?

This toll not works ander win10 so you need downgrade to one of previous versions.
