Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello together,

i´ve bought a new wireless network card (INTEL Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265) for my Lenovo z50-70.

After the installation i noticed that i need the bios flashed.


So the installed Version is this one: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...cn91ww.exe

But as far as i know the modded Version has to be an older one, so how do I downgrade?

The original Wifi card was the Qualcomm Atheros AR8171.


It would be really cool if you guys can help me out.

Ok mate,
You have to Downgrade to version 29 as Eeprom Chip is Write Protected :

Then redo the result files and upload again them !

Hi everybody !

I could use some help as well. Don't know really where to start, but i'd like to flash my bios removing the whitelist.

Right now running 9bcn91ww. I saw there is an official update availabe 9bcn25ww, but not running that one yet. I bought a Intel AC765 for my Z50-70.
