No this time FPT worked well and Prr.exe too !!!
Have You pressed Enter to execute It ?
Your Eeprom is Write Protect = Error 28 only Svl7 tool (prr.exe) can bypass It !
If It's not possible to write Bios Mod now You have a problem and only HW SPI PGM can do this work !

I have run Win 7 in Safe mode with command prompt and run flash.bat from USB bootable stick I have prepared according to your instructions. No success - pflash.exe can not be executed under 64-bits operating system.
Any idea?

Did You read instructions file ?
It's a Bios Mod flashing from USB Dos !
So You have to prepare an USB Dos Bootable and copy into all files from
modified folder, then Disable SecureBoot Set Legacy Bios USB and Boot from
USB in Dos env. then from CLI C:\ run flash.bat !

Sorry I have misunderstud the instruction. Now, I have boot PC in pure DOS from Bootable USB stick and run flash.bat. No success - first I got: "Read BIOS files and onboard BIOS..." and after couple of seconds: "Not found the Phoenix flash SMI communication area!" at the top of screen. Can you help with that?
