I assume that Original-t440s_ 2_32_MOD.bin is a non-whitelisted BIOS with advanced BIOS menu options unlocked as it matches the size of my BIOS image. I can flash this with the SPI setup but I assume that this probably needs the other file to be used as well.
I don't know anything about x32_bios-region_9.5.14.1724_MOD.bin as no details were provided about it and its much smaller than my BIOS image is.
If you or BDMaster could enlighten me a bit on these two files that would be great.
Advanced configuration menu open? Give photos BIOS menu. What other changes should be done in the BIOS?

P.S. there is the firmware mod and the Bios Region Mod
I have flashed the file "Original-t440s_ 2_32_MOD.bin 16.8MB" from this upload via the SPI programmer.
This has unlocked a very large amount of advanced BIOS options and it also appears to have removed the whitelist as well as I'm able to use my Broadcom card (instead of Intel card). I did a quick glance of the options available and they look to be quite useful.
hopefully this will be stable (unlike the MSR 0xE2 mod was).
Please upload all Bios Setup Menu Tabs ScreenShots and consider to Donate to Oleh as
He has done a WONDERFULL work (He merit a Big CONSIDERATION from all of us for his knowledgements
and ability on UEFI Phoenix Bios, his modifies are not only simple EFI IFR mods !!!).
I will grate to You for all You will do !

Hi friend,
about "Also that 5 short beeps pause 5 short beeps happens at power on again",
I can say that is Intel ATT module or security chip for sure (RSA Check), It preclude
nothing, but if You set security chip on disabled value at next restart has to stop It.
Many thanks to report and give all this stuffs !!!

test
I'm not sure if there was a setting I inadvertently changed or if there is some issue with the BIOS but windows 7 fails to boot claiming that the system is not ACPI compliant (blue screen and reboots). However OSX works fine due to the boot loader (clover) being used.
I'm going to try changing some more BIOS settings to see if I can get windows working again.
This seems to be working well with the Info tab replaced as I can access all settings.
And the built in Lenovo Diagnostics tool seems to give most of the same info that was on the Info page

Oleh - Thanks for all the work on this BIOS... where can I donate to you?
Can you unlock the MSR 0xE2 register as well for OSX power management?
I did an IFR patch before but it made the system really unstable so I'm not sure if that is possible to unlock it differently that would have a stable system.
Well it seems that Windows doesn't like the "Lake Tiny" option being enabled in the BIOS.
This feature is reported to give a good battery life boost but apparently it doesn't seem to work in windows.
Oleh for me is number one on UEFI Phoenix Bios and I will be gratefull for your Donation as
He reallyspent time and efforts to sudy and discovery this knowledgements !!!
I hope He will follow mine suggestion to find an alternative Method to Unlock Advanced Tab !
We will make a deeper study and tests so if do You want to parteipate and make the
