Ok, your bios chip is rewrite protected so mod can be flashed using one of two ways:
1.using Sleep Bug (may not works)
Set your laptop to suspended mode and wake up it after few seconds.
After that run Intel FPT Pass again and look at result95.png
Do you see red text error 280 now?
2.Using SPI programmer+Pomona Sioc8 clip
This method is last chance if first method is not working
