Did you do Load Defaults in BIOS after CPU changing?
What's BIOS mod you use now?

No, just tried to load defaults with no change. Maybe the wrong bios. What does the Slic. mean. Is that the person who did the bios ?

No, just go to BIOS, do Load Defaults, save and reboot.
Make new screenshot of first tab CPU-Z.

I did notice the cpu c state stability only had options c3 c4 c6. and c0 is full cpu use ?

Thanks for the link, I did do defaults and nothing changed. And cpu-z does not see memory and gives me an error code when first staring. memory is pc2-8500

After disabling C1E core speed went to 1.399. lol
