LA-791 Bios flash

Hello. Today I tried updating the bios on my Packard Bell TV44HC with the official tools from v1.13 to v2.17 and Windows decided to BSOD. Motherboard model is LA-791, the update file is an .exe, Q5WV1217. Laptop turns on, no display whatsoever. Id appreciate any tips on what I can do, if there's anything besides throwing it away. When turned on it has one constant lit up LED and one blinking nonstop LED, both blue color. Thanks in advance.
