Password for Toshiba Satellite Pro S300

Hello,
I have this old laptop lying , and i have set the BIOS password and cant remember the same now.
I have tried to short the pins with whatever documentation I got, but did not help.
I have now dumped the exiting BIOS , if someone can help me remove the password or reveal the password from the dump file.

Toshiba laptops don't store passwords in BIOS but in a separate EEPROM chip.

Thanks, I have got the EEPROM programmer and downloaded the current BIOS which I attached with the post.

Will writing the new BIOS after erasing, still prompt for password?
