Help with BIOS

Hi everyone, I apologize in advance for my English but I am using a translator because my language is not English but Italian. 
I would need a hand with the bios of my computer-tablet. One day I entered the Bios and, after having changed a single setting, immediately afterwards everything went out. I was told that I had fried the card and that, perhaps, it could be resolved by making a flash of the bios.
The only problem is that I don't know where to find the file. Could you tell me where I can find them? My chip is a 25L064CVIG.

Ciao a tutti, mi scuso in anticipo per il mio inglese ma mi sto avvalendo di un traduttore perché la mia lingua non è l'inglese ma l'italiano.
Avrei bisogno di una mano con il bios del mio computer-tablet. Un giorno sono entrato nel Bios e, dopo aver cambiato una sola impostazione, subito dopo è uscito tutto. Mi è stato detto che avevo fritto la scheda e che, forse, si poteva risolvere facendo un flash del bios.
L'unico problema è che non so dove trovare il file. Potresti dirmi dove posso trovarli? Il mio chip è un 25L064CVIG.
