Hi,
Please find below screen shots of the new tab and all the tabs I now have. the F10 save and exit doesn't seem to work even if I don't change any settings. It just asks me to confirm then when I say yes the machine just freezes and only holding down the power button turns it off.
Thanks for your help

Yes friend,
only swapping mode is possible so You will have three bioses :
1. Original
2. Power to Security
3. AMD to Security
You can flash every one to mod your Bios Settings and save them (they will not loose as are saved into NVRAM), then can reflash to get another Bios Tab and do the same as Sliding Doors and get Always your saettings active !
Bios Mod Sliing Doors :

Hi Buddy,
thanks for the updated files, I have tried all 3 with the following results:
Original - Original sony hidden bios, F10 works
AMD - No change, still original F10 works
Power - Extra power tab, F10 does not work
It seems any mods don't allow for the save and exit.
I need the memory options that were in the first mod you posted but with the ability to save on exit.
Do you think this is possible?
pic 1. Using AMD mod
Pic 2. Using Power mod

Have You ot some error flashing them ?
Something strange ?
I have applied only Power to Security Swap canceling another mod, same
thing for AMD to Security.
So Now We have to try only a Mod and check where is the problem !
I will check the 1st Power to Security Swap and I'll post here quickly,
so You'll try only this one and report the result.

OK I think issue is on Security Tab, so I used Advanced now to Swap Power and AMD !
So here there are both AMD and Power Bios Menu Tab Swpped :

Try them and let me know

The issue I have is ive upgraded the RAM in my laptop but the bios seems to be allocating most of it to hardware.
Ive tried everything that's been suggested to me, checking settings in windows, reseating ram, swapping slots, reinstalled windows 7 64bit and now upgraded to windows 8 64bit all with no effect. The only thing I haven't been able to check is the memory remapping/graphics settings in the bios as Sony has hidden them.
here's a screenshot of what windows is showing:
This is my last shot, im just hoping there is something hidden by sony in the bios that I can change to free up this additional RAM.
The first mod looked the most promising but none of the settings could be saved because when I pressed f10 and confirmed the laptop froze and I had to hold down the power to switch off.
I'm sorry if I've not been clear and I really hope there's a solution hidden in there
