Question: will this BIOS you uploaded work for all Lenovo U310/U410 systems, touch or no touch?
Also, I upgraded from 65CN21WW (the version that came with my laptop) to 65CN99WW, will that have any impact on my ability to flash this BIOS?
Additionally, currently I have an AR9285 card in the system, not the Intel N2230 that shipped with the system. Should I put the N2230 back into the system prior to flashing?

Hi friend,
this Bios Mod is based on your Bios Backup so You will get what You had before only
with Removed Whitelist Locks !!!
Doesn't matter the card if It not lock Bios Booting startup !
Regards
P.S. use the Original Card for the Mod flashing nd then Mount the new one !

How does the backup vary for system to system? Will I have to post my backup for you to remove the whitelist, or is the solution posted above supposed to work for all U310/U410 systems?

Okay, thank you for the information.
Could you kindly remove my whitelist? I will be eternally grateful...
Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit 2.0 backup: http://rghost.net/7rzVb4FHw
Except for the backup, I have the same details as the OP.
EDIT: Oh oops, I forgot to mention I have a U310 Touch, not a U410.
