Thanks for trying. Do you have a guide for how to do it the hard way? If possible, can you write one that is very detailed. I new to this and don't want to mess it up. Also can you give a list of tools I need.

Important note: How do I know which chip has my bios? Is there away to find a serial number in the computer and then match it on the motherboard? Can I buy chips that are the same model and flash a modded bios then solder and replace the old bios chip?

Thanks for tutorial. Is there a way to find out which chip on the motherboard has the bios? There are no schematics or pictures of the g50-70 motherboard. Also, can I buy extra chips and write the bios on them. I don't want to mess up on the original chip in the laptop, I want to keep it as insurance if anything bad happens.

Thanks for all the info. It is it safe to just clip the SOIC8 to the MoBo and flash or is it better to solder a new chip with the modded bios? If I make a mistake in the flashing, is there a way to fix it?
Sorry for asking all these bad questions

No I need the Full Dump Firmware so You have to read the Chips and

I just got my eeprom programmer in the mail yesterday. I want to try modding the bios on the chip. You told me you needed to do a full dump firmware. Can you tell me what that is and can you send me the files I need to send you so that you can modify it for me?
