You have to Boot from USB Stick in DOS MODE not froem Windows !!!
Go into Bios Setup and choice Disable Secure Boot if present and Set Legacy Bios USB !
Then Boot from USB Stick and into CLI window execute flash.bat !

Please help. Do not work. When i select the boot usb legacy enable my laptop stuck at the lenovo boot screen. Here is the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzEBaJlrUgs

Set an Administrator PWD (SVP make It easy to remove after e.g. 1234) then Remove
Secure Boot Option (It will become visible at next rebbot into Bios Security) !
Then try again !

There is into your Bios an option to choice at Boot where start to load as F10 or F9 key to get
a Menu to choice if Boot from HD or Lan or USB ?
Can You try to use It and look what is showed ?
