error "10 - Error: Unable to load driver." when executing AFUWINX64 [rom file] /GAN

When I try to execute the command " AFUWINX64 [rom file] /GAN " I always get the message "error "10 - Error: Unable to load driver." 
It used to work but suddenly I get this message. The file is a bios file with the latest firmware code for Skylake H/S CPUs. I tried to get into safe mode, no TPM, disabled virus scanners, but it won't work. I use Windows 11 and I open a command prompt with administrator rights. What can this be ? The file "AFWINX64" is not corrupt (worked before) . I have done this before but suddenly it does not work anymore
